Why do I have a ‘user’ page?

A.

When you create an account (usually after making your first purchase) a private user page is automatically created for you. This page is found at https://ohhshop.com/user/your-user-name/. This page is strictly for your own reference (to remind you of past purchases and reviews, etc.) and for our local customers who need to download purchase receipts. You cannot however, edit your account information on the user pages. To edit your account information, please use the My Account link which is also located at the top of each page.

How long before I receive my order?

A.

All products have a two week production timetable. Although you may receive your purchase earlier than the estimated times below, using a generalized (and approximized) timetable is necessary since we do not keep our products in stock; each item you purchase is handmade after the order is placed. Once your order has been completed, we immediately package and ship the order to you. Some items take longer to produce than others so this timetable is only an approximation.

If your purchase is meant to be a gift or you need it by a particular date, please remember to allow plenty of time for production + shipment. Thank you.

My shopping cart says ‘Available on backorder’, what does that mean?

A.

We do not stock our products, especially the soap, since they do not store well due to the ingredients. So when an item is on backorder, it means your cart items will have to be made, and cannot be shipped right away. You'll be notified and given the choice to wait on fulfillment (typically 2 weeks) or cancel the entire order.

What is your refund policy?

A.

Refund Policy - You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment for a full refund. If it has already shipped, no refund will be applied.

Exchange Policy - You may contact us to exchange an item of equal value prior to shipment. If it has already shipped, no exchange will be applied.

Shipping Policy - We cannot do overnight, expedited or international orders at this time. All orders will be sent as soon as possible, usually within a two week time period.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

A.

You will receive a shipping notification via email. In most cases, you'll be able to track the shipment by clicking a link within the email notice, or on your Recent Orders section within the My Account page.

I live in your state – California. Do I have to pay sales tax?

A.

No. We pay the tax on all items you purchase through our shopping cart.

Why sell only heirlooms at the farmers market?

A.

In this day of "gene altering" technology, we find that most fruit and vegetables affected have little to no nutritional value left. Another noticeable side effect is the taste which is usually very bland. So we've had enough of it! We've gone back to the originals; heirloom foods that are healthy and delicious.

How do I change my billing/shipping address?

A.

Log in and click on the “My Account” link found on the top menu of each page. On this page, click on the appropriate icon to edit the following:

-- Name and email address
-- Password
-- Billing address
-- Shipping address
-- Privacy preference

On this same page you can also view your past orders or delete your account.

Do you offer overnight or expedited shipping?

A.

We cannot offer overnight or expedited shipping at this time. Our products are made per order, so a 2 week lead time is standard for filling/shipping orders.
